10 Golden Rules That Lost Me 10 Close

10 rules that help you lose weight

1. Take it step by step.

The first thing I want to emphasize is that you need to start slowly. I ate everything I liked right away. Did not stop I started cutting out sweets and fatty dishes, like chips, fast food and deep fried products. Over time, I reduced the amount of food I ate and made it healthier - for example, I stopped adding oil and mayonnaise to salads, and I replaced chips with zucchini soup. ۔ Easy, right?

2. Eat five meals a day, always at the same time.

Regular food intake improves metabolism. In addition, the body becomes accustomed to repetitive and small parts, and knowing that it does not need to accumulate anything, it already has enough food.

When we know we will eat soon, we do not panic and it is easier for us to bear food.

3. Remove the hidden sugar.

Sometimes we think we eat healthy food, but in reality we eat too much sugar. Sugar is found in yoghurts, juices, fitness bars and muesli, which we can think of in terms of dietary snacks.

Therefore, it is best to test sugar intake during and after a diet! Don't call us sugar, or eat a little in the first part of the day!

4.  Drink at least 5 1, or 2 liters of water daily.

Drinking water works wonders. Did you know that we often confuse hunger with thirst? So it is worth drinking a lot of water. It has no calories!

Another good habit is to drink a glass of water before eating. Drink a small sip of water while eating. Some people say it's not okay to eat and drink, but it worked for me. I ate less, because my stomach was full of water.

Water doesn't weaken any acid - it's a story that's been debunked for a long time. But it fills our stomachs and thus allows us to eat less. But this only applies to hot water!

Cold water, on the other hand, expels food out of the stomach prematurely, and can cause constipation.

5. Eat more calories in the morning and fewer calories in the second half of the day

It's best to eat the least amount of calories in the evening! Everything that is sweet, fat, that contains flour (in other words, harmful to statistics) can be eaten in small amounts and only in the morning.

I like nuts and, despite their fat and calorie content, I don't shy away from them. But I eat them only for the first or second breakfast in the first part of the day. Because of this, I have a feeling I get involved, and my diet is not as strict as it seems. I also know that I have time to burn calories from nuts during the day.

6. Plan your meals.

It is very important that you always eat healthy food at home. So, if you go to the cinema, and your meal time is during the movie, take some berries, a banana or an apple with you. Otherwise, you will become restless with the cinema, and as a result you may put pressure on the house.

If you go somewhere, take some healthy snacks with you.

And never feel hungry. Because it is a guarantee of failure.

7. Move your body!

Not everyone likes the game, and I belong to it. But mobility shouldn't mean two hours a day at the gym. You can start with simple things.

Stop using the elevator (where possible) and use the stairs instead. Get off at a bus stop first and walk. Start walking more - for example, not at the shop around the corner but that- that you. Kilometers away. These are simple tips, but they bring good results.

And of course, there is more you can do. Maybe a treadmill? Or motorcycle? The advantage of this type of device is the information about the calories burned.

By the way, if you know that you are "almost dead" to burn 200-300 kilocalories per hour, it will be easier for you to give up your favorite breakfast.

8. Good amount of sleep

Sleep is very important during the diet. Every food is a kind of trauma to the body. So, let your body recover properly.

Lack of sleep can lead to hormonal disorders, increased levels of stress - and all of these are potential risks for weight gain. Also, when you have a lack of energy - the body is trying to fill the space with food, so it increases appetite, which may not be necessary if you get enough sleep.

9. Good hobbies

The worst thing that can happen during a diet is anger. When there is nothing to do, thoughts about food can often come.

Physical activity is great, of course, but it doesn't require exercise. Maybe drawing? Book? Which class (or training) do you always want to go to? If you are very busy, it will be easier not to notice these dietary restrictions during your diet.

10. Weigh yourself with appropriate frequency

Repeatedly weighing yourself and wanting immediate results can actually make you worse.

Once a week or once every two weeks is enough, because sometimes these results may be unexpected, but only in your measurements.
